1. Provider and obtaining the app
Knobelpause is offered by Domenic Rau under the developer name Y4nku.DE. Full provider and contact details are in the legal notice.
The app is provided through Google Play. The scope offered and any purchase price shown are determined by the respective Google Play offer. These terms do not restrict statutory rights, particularly rights concerning defects, withdrawal, and refunds.
2. Local play
Play locally without a separate account or Google Drive. The app has no advertising or its own usage analytics.
3. Optional synchronisation
Sync is optional and needs Google Play services, internet and your permission for the app’s hidden Google Drive area. It merges completed progress, results and selected puzzle options. Running puzzles and device settings remain local. It is not a complete backup; Google can access the unencrypted file content.
4. Availability and limits
Sync can be delayed by connectivity, authorisation, service or storage limits. Immediate transfer or transmission while the app is closed is not guaranteed. Pending progress stays local; check the displayed status.
5. Disconnecting and deleting
Disconnect stops sync on this device and deletes neither imported progress nor cloud files. Disconnect all devices before deleting cloud data to prevent uploading it again.
6. Google services, privacy, and contact
The privacy notice explains data, transport encryption, retention and local/cloud deletion. Google provides Drive under its own terms. Contact the provider for support.
