Delete Pairwell data

Local progress: open Pairwell → Settings → Reset Progress (or Erase progress on this device) and confirm. To remove remaining settings and app data, use Android → Apps → Pairwell → Storage → Clear storage. Uninstalling also normally removes local app data. These actions do not delete cloud saves or exports.
Cloud journey: while connected to the correct Play Games profile, open Settings → Progress and cloud saving → Erase cloud journey and confirm. Keep the app connected until deletion completes; an interrupted deletion can remain pending. The app removes that cloud journey’s stored pages and leaves a small deletion marker. Local progress stays on your device. Disconnect alone stops sync on this device and does not delete cloud data; handle other devices separately.
Google profile and leaderboard data: manage Pairwell’s game data in Google Play Games. Turning leaderboard participation off prevents future submissions but does not itself erase earlier scores. Follow Google’s game-data deletion instructions.
Delete recovery-file exports separately at their chosen storage location. App deletion does not automatically delete Google’s independent records, legally required purchase records or operating-system/provider backups.
For support messages and other data held by the developer, send a deletion request to Rau.Onlinebusiness@gmail.com. Please identify the enquiry; do not send passwords or purchase tokens. I cannot remotely access exclusively local saves or your private Google saves.
